I was reminded today about all the blessings in my life. A friend reminded me to be grateful and after stopping for a second it made me realize just how lucky I really am. I have my illness under control and I'm living a peaceful life.

Your Current Thoughts Create your Future
What you think about expands so you want to watch your thoughts. Thinking about things that you don't want will only create more of what you don't want. Thinking about good things will bring more good into your life. Wake up with a positive thought as to how your day will unwind and you have a great day coming to you. Practice avoiding those negative thoughts. Just say no and move on to a positive thought.

What you think about is what expands. Whatever you think about builds your reality. Choose your words with care. Go first with love. A journey of a thousand miles starts with just one step. Everything we attract is a result of a desire we have. When we say negative things we give it attention and brings the vibration our way.

- Oh, a tail comment/response. Yes, all those photos are from Australia (Queensland). Majority are from my humble garden - greens and blooms (in the backyard mostly); some are from Fraser Island (the largest sand island in the world). The pristine beaches (nearby) are roughly 4-5 minutes away from our home. I agree (in all modesty). We happen to be blessed with all these nice sceneries/panoramikc views within the area. Indeed, simple life with grandness. Such an abundance; and it's one very essential thilng that I am grateful for. Thanks for your lovely comment. Should your schedule permit, you are most welcome in our little paradise ... come on down!
