Hep C Awareness

Is there anyone out there that can think of a way to start a foundation for raising funds for finding a cure for Hep C. There is plenty out there for breast cancer but I have yet to see any for Hep C. Why is that??? Can anyone help?????

Great question. BTW, ironically, my wife and I are doing the Avon walk for Breast Cancer in September...
I will ask around and see if anyone has any ideas on this. As I had mentioned, my sister-in-law has lived with Hep C for many years now. She used to be a nurse (which we think is how she contracted it), and then starting working for Blue Cross. I'll check in with her to see if she knows anything about this as well...

Thank U sooo much. I really would like to see more awareness on this disease. I think it is because it is also a junkies disease which I am not and neither is your sister-in -law. so I think WE deserve a cure too. I got mine from a blood transfusion in Detroit.
